7. TK nuts colour soting machine  has spray valve self-regulation function. The traditional color sorter uses fixed air jet holes to strike the selected objects. 9. The traditional peanut processing technology can be divided into:

small factory mode: shelling → grading → color selection

Large scale factory mode: shelling → light separator (removing stones, clods, fruit sticks) → grading → removing stones → color separation → X-ray machine

Through comparison, it is found that in the small factory mode, the process is simple, but the previous treatment is not complete, and more malignant impurities will enter the color sorter, which makes the color separation more difficult. Large factory mode, the process is complete, color selection is relatively easy, but easy to cause peanut crushing, waste a lot.
