On July 8th, China Pea 2024 & Plant-Based Marketing Congress was held in Shanghai. Cao Derong, President of China Chamber of Commerce of I/E of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products, Guan Song, Deputy Director of the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau Ministry of Commerce, Yu Zhichao, Counsellor of the Canadian Embassy in China, as well as nearly 200 representatives of industry organizations from Canada, Russia, the United States, India and domestic traders, producers and processors attended the conference. Jiexun Optoelectronic was invited to participate and officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Chamber of Commerce.
In his speech, President Cao Derong of the Chamber of Commerce introduced the import and export situation of China's trade, with a focus on interpreting the situation of imported peas. He shared some new trends in China's pea industry that have attracted widespread attention. He hoped that through this conference, it would provide a communication platform for exploring a more perfect, rational, and beautiful pea market, and promote exchanges and cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the pea industry.
The conference held a grand signing ceremony. Mr. Zhang Daxing, President of the Overseas Business Unit of Jiexun Optoelectronic, and Mr. Cao Derong, President of China Chamber of Commerce of I/E of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products, jointly signed a global strategic cooperation framework agreement to fully implement the "going global" strategy. With the strong support of the Chamber of Commerce, they will strengthen international exchanges, integrate development, and share new opportunities.
