On October 18th, the 33rd China Tea Industry Science and Technology Annual Conference opened in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. The conference focused on tea technology innovation, tea culture inheritance, and high-quality development of the tea industry, striving to create a "production, learning, research, government, and application" exchange platform, promoting the transformation of tea technology achievements, exploring new industrial models and new kinetic energy.

This annual conference invited 27 tea experts, scholars from various fields, and entrepreneurs to give special reports on 11 directions, focusing on tea technology innovation, tea culture inheritance, and high-quality development of the tea industry. The aim is to comprehensively showcase the innovative achievements of China's tea industry and promote the coordinated development of tea culture, tea industry, and tea technology.

Liu Zhonghua and Xu Minggang, academicians of the CAE Member, and Zhang Cheng, former secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, respectively made theme reports from the perspectives of "tea product development", "rural revitalization", and "tea planting technology".

Jiexun was invited by the expert group of the China Tea Society to give a keynote speech on "Application of Color Sorting Technology in Tea Refining and Processing" at the conference, reporting on the innovative application of Jiexun's tea quality sorting technology in tea refining and processing, as well as Jiexun's new ideas and progress in promoting the transformation of the tea industry.

Color sorting technology for stalks and slices

Separate the stalks and slices in the tea by one time, ensuring that there are no stalks in the slices and no stalks in the tea, with high output and low broken rate.

Shape sorting and grading technology

It can accurately grade single bud, one bud with one leaf, and one bud with two leaves in finished tea, and can also sort them according to the thickness, length, size, and whole or broken, meeting the appearance standards for tea evaluation.

New tea drink impurity removal technology

With Jiexun's high-end infrared color sorter as the core, it rejects all non tea impurities such as hair, insects, and stones, and strictly controls the safety of tea raw materials and food.
